The Toyota Grand Highlander, which debuted for the 2024 model year, returns for 2025 with a new entry-level LE trim, expanding the lineup and making this spacious three-row crossover accessible to lower budgets. Building on the winning attributes of the Highlander, the Grand Highlander offers even more interior space, including an adult-friendly third row with nearly 34 inches of legroom (20 percent more than the standard Highlander has).
With seats for up to eight passengers and a maximum cargo capacity approaching 100 cubic feet, the Grand Highlander is well suited for families and anyone else needing a versatile, comfortable vehicle for daily use and extended road trips. Trims and Powertrains
The four 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander trims are the LE, XLE, Limited, and Platinum. A 265-horsepower 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is their power source; it’s paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard on the LE, XLE, and Limited, while all-wheel drive (AWD) is optional on those grades and standard on the Platinum.

Infotainment and Connectivity
A 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is standard across all trims.
