2025 Toyota Crown Signia
The Crown sedan made its entrance to the U.S. market in 2022 with an appealing mix of attributes: a powerful and efficient hybrid powertrain, a futuristic design, and plenty of luxury-grade features. Now, Toyota has taken this winning formula and applied it to a crossover that it calls the Crown Signia. This versatile vehicle seamlessly blends the handling of a sports sedan with the utility of a crossover, while also boasting 240 horsepower and a 2,700-pound towing capacity, standard all-wheel drive (AWD), and as much as 68.8 feet of cargo area with the second row folded flat. No matter which trim you choose, its cabin will be outfitted with upscale soft-touch materials, unique color combinations, and a massive 12.3-inch touchscreen. Like every vehicle in the Toyota SUV lineup, the 2025 Crown Signia fulfills a need, taking its drivers closer to the luxury car experience.

Trims and Powertrains
The ‘25 Crown Signia can be had as either the XLE or the Limited, and both trims have the same powertrain: an electric motor, a 2.5-liter Dynamic Force 4-cylinder, and an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission. This hybrid system can produce up to 240 horsepower and 199 lb.-ft. of torque and has a towing capacity of up to 2,700 pounds. Both trim grades of the Crown Signia carry EPA-estimated fuel economy ratings of 39 mpg around town and 37 mpg on the highway. They also both have standard AWD and a drive mode selector that can cycle between EV, Eco, Sport, and Normal settings. One of the only mechanical differences is that the Limited has an enhanced suspension with an independent MacPherson strut front and a multi-link rear, each with stabilizer bars.
Standard and Available Features
The XLE’s interior features include a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, dual-zone climate control, a heated leather-trimmed steering wheel, a leather-trimmed shift knob, heated seats (front and rear) upholstered in leather, 8-way power-adjustable front seats with driver’s-side memory, an auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink, wireless smartphone charging, a 12V/120W power outlet in the front console, and five USB ports (two front/two rear/one in front console). The exterior has 19-inch machine-finished two-tone alloy wheels, a height-adjustable power liftgate with hands-free access, heated power-folding side mirrors, low-profile roof rails, remote keyless entry, LED lighting across the projector headlights (with auto on/off), daytime running lights, taillights, and brake lights.

Advanced Safety Technology
Every ‘25 Crown Signia is outfitted with a blind spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert, safe exit alert, rear seat reminder, and collision sensors that will deactivate the high-voltage battery if there’s a crash. The Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 package is also standard, supplying a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, proactive drive assist, dynamic radar cruise control, lane departure alert with steering assist, lane tracing assist, road sign assist, and automatic high beams. The Limited is eligible for the optional Advanced Tech Package, which includes front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, lane change assist, front cross-traffic alert, traffic jam assist, a panoramic view monitor, and side mirrors with reverse tilt-down and integrated puddle lights.
Infotainment
The universal connectivity and infotainment features for the ‘25 Crown Signia include a 12.3-inch color touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, access to SiriusXM satellite radio, and trial subscriptions to Toyota connected services (including Cloud-based navigation and Wi-Fi hotspot access). While the XLE is given a quality sound system with six speakers, the Limited moves up to a premium JBL setup with 11 speakers, an amplifier, and a subwoofer.
