2025 Toyota RAV4 for Sale or Lease in Framingham
2025 Toyota RAV4
Loyalty is earned, and the long-running RAV4 has a particularly devoted fan base. For 2025, Toyota’s beloved compact utility vehicle maintains its impeccable 30-year reputation for reliability, build quality, versatility, and generous features. It also rises above its main competitors (Honda CR-V, Hyundai Tucson, Ford Escape, Chevrolet Equinox, and Subaru Forester) in critical categories. Not only does the 2025 RAV4 produce more horsepower than those aforementioned rivals, but it also gets better EPA-estimated highway gas mileage. Plus, three of those competing models fall short of the RAV4 in terms of cargo space. For this new model year, Toyota has dropped the Adventure and TRD Off-Road from the ‘25 RAV4 roster, streamlining its features among four trim levels.

Trims and Powertrains
The abbreviated RAV4 lineup now consists of the LE, XLE, XLE Premium, and Limited. A 203-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine and 8-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission form their powertrain. Each grade has either the standard front-wheel drivetrain or available all-wheel drive; a drive-mode dial with settings for Normal, Sport, and Eco is also included. Regardless of the driveline, the EPA-estimated fuel economy ratings are 27 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway for all trims, and the towing capacity tops out at 1,500 pounds.
Standard and Available Features
The LE sits on 17-inch steel wheels and comes with remote keyless entry, automatic climate control (one zone), fabric upholstery, power-folding side mirrors, a soft-touch dash and armrests with stitched accents, black interior door handles, LED interior lighting, a 7-inch digital multi-information display, a day/night rearview mirror, a height-adjustable rear cargo deck board, three USB ports (first row), two 12V/120W power outlets (first and second rows), a dual chrome-tipped exhaust, and LED automatic on/off projector headlights, daytime running lights, and taillights. The Limited is truly loaded, getting heated and ventilated front seats, memory settings for the driver’s seat, a four-way power-adjustable passenger’s seat, an auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink, chrome-accented door handles, a dark-gray metallic grille with a hexagon pattern, front and rear wheel arches, an integrated rear spoiler, puddle lights on the side mirrors, a deckside-mounted storage net in the rear cargo area, and a dark brown interior with accent stitching throughout the seats, dash, and doors.

All but the base trim add a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert, while just the Limited gets front and rear parking assist with automatic braking (this feature is available on the XLE Premium via an optional package). The Limited is also eligible for an available panoramic view monitor with curb view and 360-degree overhead angles when buyers also order the Limited Grade Advanced Technology Package.
