2024 Toyota bZ4X for Sale or Lease in Framingham

2024 Toyota bZ4X

Working towards the Beyond Zero commitment, the 2024 Toyota bZ4X takes another step toward becoming carbon neutral with its 100% electric powertrain. The battery-electric SUV, which is slightly larger than the RAV4, was created in partnership with Subaru and its mechanically similar Solterra. Its spacious interior includes seating for five and a 38.8 cubic-foot hold for moving supplies and gear.

This EV can charge to 80% in as little as 30 minutes, getting drivers back on the road faster. For added peace of mind, Toyota backs up every new electric model with an 8-year/100,000-mile electrical component warranty, complimentary maintenance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, and free roadside assistance.

Trims and Powertrains

There’s a simple choice of two trims with the bZ4X: XLE and Limited. The standard configuration includes a single electric motor to enable front-wheel drive and 201 horsepower. The dual-motor setup produces 214 horsepower, with one motor on the rear axle to deliver standard all-wheel drive. Either way, there’s a selector for Eco and Normal drive modes, and a Boost drive mode with regenerative braking, which captures energy created during the braking process and holds it in the battery. Front-wheel drive bZ4Xs have a Snow drive mode, while the AWD version is equipped with the X-MODE with settings for Snow/Dirt, Grip Control, and Deep Snow/Mud.

With FWD, the bZ4X XLE has an expected range of up to 252 miles (242 miles for the Limited). AWD requires an additional motor for the rear axle; the range with this drivetrain dips to 228 miles for the XLE and 222 miles for the Limited. Level 2 charging may take 9.5 hours, but DC fast charging goes from low battery to 80% in as little as 30 minutes.

Standard Features

The XLE’s seats are upholstered in a blend of fabric and SofTex, with an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with lumbar support and a 6-way adjustable front passenger’s seat. Its other amenities are a leather-trimmed tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, a panoramic fixed-glass roof with sunshade, wireless device charging, five USB ports (3 front, 2 rear), a 12V power outlet, a 7-inch digital gauge cluster, the Smart Key System, push-button start, dual-zone automatic climate control with rear seat vents, a 60/40-split, fold-flat reclining rear seat with cupholders and a center armrest, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a height-adjustable power liftgate, rain-sensing windshield wipers, LED Daytime Running Lights, black window trim and 18-inch alloy wheels. The available XLE Weather Package adds heated front seats and a heated steering wheel trimmed in leather.

The Limited has SofTex upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, Digital Key compatibility, a HomeLink universal receiver, ambient floor lighting, heated power side mirrors with turn indicators, a foot-activated power liftgate, chrome window trim, and 20-inch gray machine-finished alloy wheels. A split rear roof spoiler is optional, as is the Limited Weather Package (heated rear seats and a radiant foot-and-leg warmer for the front row).

The Limited adds advanced parking technology and a panoramic monitor with a 360-degree overhead view.

Infotainment and Connectivity

Every bZ4X has a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. A six-speaker sound system is standard, but the Limited is eligible for an upgrade to a premium JBL system with nine speakers plus a subwoofer and amplifier. Toyota’s Drive Connect service is also standard (with a three-month trial subscription), providing access to Intelligent Assistant voice recognition, Cloud Navigation with Google Points of Interest, and Destination Assist.
