2024 Toyota Camry in Framingham

2024 Toyota Camry

The popularity of the Toyota Camry is indisputable – after all, it’s been the segment’s most successful model for the last 21 years. While the trusty sedan has lost favor to crossovers and SUVs, the ever-popular Camry remains highly sought-after thanks to its value and reliability. Part of that high value factor is the included ToyotaCare plan, which covers routine maintenance (oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections) for 2 years/25,000 miles. This complimentary program also provides 24-hour roadside assistance for the same length of time, without a mileage cut-off.

Trims and Mechanical Specs

The 2024 Toyota Camry is made in six trim levels: LE, SE, SE Nightshade, XLE, XSE, and TRD. Under the hood of most is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 203 hp and 184 lb.-ft. of torque. The higher-powered TRD gets a 3.5-liter V6 that makes 301 hp and 267 lb.-ft. of torque, but you can experience that same output in the XLE and XSE, as those trims qualify for a mechanical upgrade to the V6. Both powerplants are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission that activates a standard front-wheel drivetrain. Camrys outfitted with the base four-cylinder are eligible for all-wheel drive.

Fuel Economy

The Toyota Camry has long been known for its outstanding efficiency, and that doesn’t change with the 2024 model. According to the EPA’s official fuel economy estimations, Camrys with the FWD and 2.5-liter engine pairing achieve 28 mpg in the city and 39 mpg on the highway. With AWD, the four-cylinder Camry will return 25 city/34 highway. The V6-powered XLE and XSE only see a slight decrease in fuel economy, at 22 city/33 highway, whereas the performance-oriented TRD is rated for 22 city/31 highway.
