LE

On the LE you’ll find remote keyless entry, a 7-inch digital gauge cluster, LED headlights and daytime running lights, illuminated vanity mirrors, one media USB port, two USB charge ports, two 12V power outlets, a height-adjustable cargo floor, and a 60/40-split fold-flat rear seat with cup holders and a center armrest. The 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system boasts wireless smartphone integration (Android Auto and Apple CarPlay) along with SiriusXM satellite radio, Bluetooth, and a sound system with six speakers. Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 is included to equip the RAV4 LE with full-speed dynamic radar cruise control, pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection, automatic high beams, lane departure alert with steering assist, lane tracing assist, and road sign assist. A blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert is optional.

XLE

The XLE’s additional features are Smart Key proximity entry, push-button start, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated outside mirrors with built-in turn-signal and blind-spot indicators, roof rails (low-profile), and another set of USB charge ports. The blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic also becomes standard at this trim level.

XLE Premium

SofTex upholstery, fog lights, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob join the standard features list on the XLE Premium. As far as options, it’s eligible for an infotainment upgrade to a 10.5-inch touchscreen and JBL audio system with eleven speakers.

Adventure

The Adventure is one of a pair of ’23 RAV4 trims that can be painted with a two-tone exterior; its interior has orange stitching and accents. It’s equipped like the XLE Premium, but the power liftgate and moonroof are no longer standard (they can be added via the Adventure Grade Convenience Package). The roof has crossbars and raised rails to facilitate transporting gear; the other bonuses are hill descent control, a drive-mode selector, and a 120V power outlet. Buyers of the Adventure can opt for infotainment improvement to a 10.5-inch touchscreen and 11-speaker JBL sound system.

TRD Off-Road

While this trim is built for the trails, with a front skid plate, all-terrain tires, an off-road suspension, and all-weather floor mats, it gets some fancy upgrades such as a power liftgate, the larger infotainment touchscreen, and a moonroof. Like the Adventure, it’s eligible for a two-tone exterior. Buyers can also add a surround-view monitor and an 11-speaker sound system by JBL.

Limited

The Limited gets the loaded infotainment system (10.5-inch touchscreen and JBL audio) as a standard feature, along with all of the features listed for the XLE Premium. Its other perks are heated and ventilated front seats, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, puddle lights, driver’s-seat position memory, a power-adjustable passenger seat, ambient interior lighting in blue, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink. This top trim’s version of Toyota Safety Sense includes front and rear parking sensors and reverse automatic emergency braking; a surround-view camera is available.
